Birthday Leave Feature (All Countries)
HReasilyPro now includes a Birthday Leave feature that enables companies to define birthday leave policies in line with their internal practices. Employers can choose from:
- No Restriction: Employees can apply for birthday leave anytime during the leave period.
- Restricted to Birthday Month: Employees can only take their birthday leave during their birthday month.
This flexibility ensures companies can tailor their policies to fit their culture and operational needs.
Automated Childcare Leave (Singapore)
To support compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, we’ve introduced Automated Childcare Leave Management.
Previously, employers needed to manually track childcare leave entitlements based on the child’s age and employee tenure. This process was time-intensive and prone to errors. With this new feature:
- Leave entitlements are automatically assigned based on the child’s age as recorded in the employee’s Family Details.
- The system adjusts entitlements as the child transitions from under 7 years old to under 12 years old.
- Eligibility is determined based on the employee’s employment period.
This automation ensures MOM compliance while significantly reducing HR teams’ workload.
Schedule Online Access Removal for Off-boarded Employees (All Countries)
Managing off-boarding has become even more seamless with the new Online Access Scheduling feature.
Previously, online access for off-boarded employees was automatically disabled on their termination date. Now, users can schedule when access is removed, offering greater flexibility in managing access during the off-boarding process.
This enhancement not only simplifies planning but also ensures accurate billing by promptly reducing the count of active employees.
