HReasily Product Updates Summary: April-May 2025

  1. HReasily Pro: Integration with External HR Systems
    Release Date: 3 April 2025

HReasily Pro now supports integration with a wide range of third-party platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), accounting tools, and workforce management solutions. These integrations enable seamless connectivity between HReasily and other business systems, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

A key enhancement includes support for connecting a single HRIS to multiple HReasily accounts, catering to organisations with multiple entities or divisions.

  • Accelerated Integrations: A unified interface makes it faster and easier to connect HReasily with external systems, enabling data to flow smoothly across platforms.

  • Multi-Entity Flexibility: Organisations operating across several business units can now integrate each respective HReasily account, removing previous one-to-one limitations.

  • Reduced Development Effort: Out-of-the-box integration capabilities reduce the need for custom development, saving engineering time and cost.

With these enhancements, larger companies and HR solution providers can embed HReasily more efficiently within their tech ecosystems—ensuring automated data refreshes, preventing double entry, and supporting smoother onboarding and workforce management processes.



2. HReasily Pro: Cross-Company Leave Balance View for Managers (Mobile App)

Release Date: 11 April 2025

Managers using HReasily Pro’s mobile app can now view leave balances of their subordinates across multiple companies. This enhancement is especially useful for businesses managing teams across separate entities or legal employers under one group.

Previously, leave visibility was limited to within a single company. Now, as long as a manager has subordinates across entities (with appropriate permissions), their teams’ leave balances are visible in one consolidated view.

Key Benefits:

  • Improved Leave Oversight: Managers can plan effectively around team availability, even if their team spans multiple companies or countries.
  • Mobile Convenience: All relevant leave data is accessible via the HReasily mobile app. No need to log into separate company dashboards.
  • Supports Cross-Entity Workforce Models: This is particularly beneficial for groups where employees are assigned to different legal employers, across countries or within the same country and for tax or operational reasons but report to the same manager.

This enhancement empowers managers to make informed decisions when approving leave, planning rosters, or managing team performance, no matter where team members are based.

 

3. Track Manager and Department Changes with Effective Date Visibility

Release Date: 15 April 2025

To support more accurate employee records and historical reporting, HReasily now allows users to view Manager and Department assignments based on their effective dates. This update brings two key improvements:

  1. Display Manager and Department by Effective Date
  2. Add Department Field to Career Progression Form

Enhanced Historical Tracking

Previously, our platform displayed only the current manager and department values for employees. This made it difficult to trace changes over time, especially for organisations with frequent internal movements or structured performance review cycles.

With the latest enhancement, HR teams can now:

  • Identify who an employee reported to at any given point in time
  • Track departmental assignments based on when changes took effect
  • Retrieve accurate historical data for audits, reporting, or internal reviews

This provides a stronger audit trail and supports compliance with internal policies or regulatory standards.

Improved Career Progression Workflow

Alongside this, the Career Progression form has been updated to include a Department field. When adding or editing an employee’s career movement, users can now update:

  • Job title or designation
  • Reporting manager
  • Department assignment

All changes are tied to a specific effective date, ensuring a clear, consistent history of an employee’s progression within the organisation.

This streamlined process eliminates the need to update departments separately, reducing admin effort and the risk of inconsistent data entry.

  • Improved Audit Trail: Strengthens compliance by maintaining detailed change history.
  • Efficient Updates: Reduces admin steps with a consolidated form for career changes.

 

4. HReasily Pro: Filter by Career Progression Effective Date in Employee Custom Report

Release Date: 22 April 2025

The Custom Report > Employee Report module now includes a new filter: Career Progression Effective Date. This feature enables users to generate reports based on both future-dated and backdated changes to employee records.

Whether tracking promotions planned for a future period or analysing past role changes, this filter provides greater flexibility and precision in reporting.

  • Supports Strategic Workforce Planning: HR teams can generate forward-looking reports to align workforce changes with business strategy.
  • Enhanced Historical Analysis: Easily pull past records based on the actual effective date, not just the date of entry.
  • Improved Accuracy for Audits and Forecasts: Backdated or future-dated changes no longer get overlooked, reducing the risk of misreporting.

This improvement is ideal for companies using the platform to plan ahead for salary adjustments, career advancement timelines, or organisational restructuring.

 

5. HReasily Pro: Deutsche Bank GIRO for Thailand Payroll

Release Date: 13 May 2025

HReasily Pro Thailand now supports Deutsche Bank GIRO as part of its bank integration features. This addition enhances local payroll processing for businesses using Deutsche Bank for salary disbursement in Thailand.

Key Benefits:

  • Faster Salary Disbursements via automated GIRO
  • Improved Compliance with local banking protocols
  • Reduced Manual Processing and error risks
