5. MOM-Compliant Work Period Settings
Administrators can now define daily, weekly, and consecutive work period rules in accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
This feature enables organizations to configure work hour limits that align with Singapore’s MOM compliance requirements, helping maintain fair labor practices and prevent excessive working hours.
6. Tracker for Excess Hours in Timesheets
A new tracker is now available in the Timesheet module to display excess working hours based on the Advanced Work Hours Rules configuration.
This visual tracker helps managers quickly identify employees who exceed regulated working hours, improving visibility and supporting compliance with company or statutory work-hour limits.
7. Email Notifications for Excess Working Hours
An automated email notification will now be sent when employees exceed the configured Advanced Work Hours Rules, helping managers proactively manage compliance.
The notification ensures that HR or supervisors are immediately informed of potential breaches in work-hour limits, enabling timely follow-up and better workforce management.
8. New Email Notification Templates
Customizable email notification templates are now available, enabling more consistent and branded communication for HR and payroll activities.
This enhancement allows administrators to personalize notification messages while maintaining a professional tone and consistent formatting across various system-generated emails.
