What’s New in HReasily: Payroll Automation, Sync Control & Integrations

HReasilyPro Product Updates

1. Enhanced Shift Selection for Time In / Time Out

Release date: 10 November 2025

Timesheet creation has been enhanced to allow employees to select their assigned shift when clocking in or clocking out. This improvement ensures that timesheet data aligns accurately with shift configurations, supporting more precise attendance tracking and payroll calculations.


2. Automatic Creation of Next Leave Period

Release date: 3 November 2025

A new setting is now available to automatically create the next leave period. This enhancement reduces administrative effort by ensuring leave periods are generated on time, helping maintain accurate leave balances and uninterrupted leave management.


3. Company-Level Overtime Rounding Settings

Release date: 10 November 2025

Overtime calculation rounding can now be configured at the company level. This allows organisations to apply consistent overtime rounding rules across all employees, improving payroll standardisation and compliance with internal policies.


4. Flexible Sync Options for Claims to Payroll

Release date: 10 November 2025

A new configuration option allows approved claims to be synced to Payroll either automatically or manually. This flexibility supports different payroll workflows and provides greater control over when claims are reflected in payroll processing.


5. Flexible Sync Options for Unpaid Leave to Payroll

Release date: 24 November 2025

Unpaid leave can now be configured to sync to Payroll automatically or manually. This option helps align unpaid leave deductions with company payroll processes and review requirements.


6. Flexible Sync Options for Timesheets to Payroll

Release date: 1 December 2025

Timesheet data can now be set to sync automatically or manually to Payroll. This enhancement enables organisations to review and finalise timesheet records before payroll processing, where required.


7. NetSuite Integration

Release date: 10 November 2025

HReasilyPro now integrates with NetSuite, enabling smoother data flow between HR, payroll, and finance systems. This integration supports improved operational efficiency and data consistency across platforms.


HReasilyPro & HReasily Classic Product Update

IRAS YA 2026 Integration Enhancement

Release date: 3 November 2025

The IRAS Year of Assessment (YA) 2026 integration has been enhanced to ensure continued compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements. This update supports accurate and timely preparation of employee income reporting for IRAS submissions.
