Flexible Billing Methodology
A new billing model has been introduced to offer greater flexibility and transparency. Charges are now based on actual module usage and the number of active employees.
The Staff Management module will soon become a core component of the platform, forming the basis for active employee billing. Other modules can be selected for regular use (billed per active employee) or accessed on an ad hoc basis, where charges apply only when used during the month.
This ensures customers pay only for what they use, with the flexibility to scale usage as business needs change.
Key Product Enhancements
Bank GIRO File Selection (Thailand)
Users can now select specific employees to be included when generating a GIRO file, offering more flexibility in managing payroll transfers and ensuring only relevant employee records are processed.
Performance Manager Update
A new performance period setup has been introduced, allowing businesses to retain historical performance data for employees. This improvement helps HR teams track performance trends and maintain a complete record of reviews over time.
Mobile Country Code Dropdown
A country code dropdown has been added to the mobile number field across both web and mobile platforms. This enhancement simplifies data entry and ensures phone numbers are formatted correctly for global users.
Cross-Company KPI Access for Managers
Managers can now view and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of their subordinates across multiple companies under the same group. This makes it easier to monitor performance and maintain consistency across business entities.
Leave and Shift Integration
The Leave module is now integrated with Scheduled Shift, providing a seamless link between leave applications and shift planning. This ensures that approved leaves automatically reflect in shift schedules, reducing conflicts and manual adjustments.
Bulk Approve Attendance
Managers can now approve multiple employee attendance records at once. This bulk approval feature significantly reduces administrative time and accelerates payroll preparation.
Claims Enhancements
The Claims module now includes enhanced filters and a total sum display based on the selected criteria, providing clearer visibility into expense data. Additionally, users can generate claim reports in PDF format with all attached documents for easier record-keeping and submission.
Payslip Download Option
Users can now download payslips for selected employees across multiple past months in one go. This feature streamlines access to historical payroll data, making it more convenient for HR teams and employees alike.
Bulk Upload Pay Items
A new bulk upload function allows HR teams to assign pay items to multiple employees across all countries in a single upload. This enhancement simplifies data management and minimizes manual entry errors.
